This month, our Community Health Workers (CHW), members of the PAES network convened by Enlace, participated in the state’s first-ever Breathe Well, Live Well (BWLW) program at the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois South Lawndale Blue Door Neighborhood center, organized by the American Lung Association in Greater Chicago. The program was led in Spanish and the participants learned about respiratory conditions, such as asthma.
